Herbology Room in Progress

I sure have been bad about keeping up my blog, but I haven't been able to spend a lot of time on my new little house.  Here are a couple of photos of what I have been working on.  The butterfly display was a lot of fun and I am still tinkering with my leeches. Every day I seem to switch something around.  I am about 50% finished with this room, and I have no idea what it is going to look like when it is finished. I wish I was a better planner, but I never seem to know where I am going with anything in advance.

  1. I think I have said it before... You have a real flair for decorating a room. They always have a warmth and are fascinating with all the bits and pieces you put into them. I LOVE the paneled walls.

    1. You are too kind, Catherine. I tried so hard to make the walls look slightly damaged and worried that it looked contrived. I always figure if I put enough clutter in the room, nobody will notice. :)

    1. Thank you! I have to say, I am now in love with Mod Podge. I didn't realize that it would work that well on fabric. I drenched a little piece of muslin in it and draped it over the arm. When it dried, it still looks wet. I was pretty pleased!
